Austrian Pancakes
Preparation
Pour mixture into pan and let it get a bit firm, then lift with a spatula and let the batter from the top flow underneath, firm up and repeat, then add 3 ounces of raisins and turn over the pancake.
Cut into 1 inch pieces and push to one end of the Pan, remove that half of the pan from the fire, on the opposite end, add 2 ounces of whole plugra butter together with 3 ounces of granulated sugar and 1 ounce of vanilla sugar, caramelize a bit and then mix this together with the cut pancakes,
Setting
Place on plate and dust with Powder sugar as desired.
Serve with Darbo Blueberry marmalade.
Ingredients:
For the pancakes:
2 cups of Flour
2 cups of milk
3 large eggs
3 ounces of melted butter
Pinch of Salt
Mix well, and run thru a china cap
Add 2 large eggs and fold them in lightly
3 ounces of raisins
1 ounce of vanilla sugar
