Mixed Grilled Vegetable Sandwich

Preparation

Toast the Italian Ciabatta, spread ½ oz of basil pesto, ½ cup arugola,
2 oz Menu Mix Grill, red onions and 1 oz of smoked cheese. Repeat for all the other sandwich.

Ingredients:

• 6 Italian Ciabatta

• 3 oz basil pesto

• 1 red onion sliced

• 2 cups of arugola

• 12 oz Menu Mix Grill

• 6 oz smoked cheese
