Return Policy

Returns, discrepancies and damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. All returns must have a Sales Support Center authorization prior to being shipped back to Swiss Chalet Fine Foods. Please call to obtain a Return Authorization Number to assure the safety of all food items. A credit will not be issued without an RA Number. This number should be clearly displayed on the shipping box (if this box is different from the original item packaging). All returned items must be unopened and 100% for resale. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs back to Swiss Chalet Fine Foods and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Swiss Chalet Fine Foods reserves the right to make adjustments or deny any claim.

Damages

Any carton that appears to be damaged or altered in any way should be opened and inspected upon delivery. If damage is not detected upon delivery, your claim may not be fully honored. You must contact Swiss Chalet Fine Foods immediately and provide photos of ALL damages. Failure to submit photos of damages will result in no refund. Keep the breakage in the original carton and packaging. If it is not in the original carton, inspection and all claims will be denied If a product has been damaged by the carrier, photos proving this claim must be sent to: cad@scff.com
