Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together for serving.
Ingredients:
- 3 Whole Corn (Fresh), Roast For 20 Minutes
- ½ oz Hacomat Seasoning (Season Corn)
- 2 oz Olive Oil (Season Corn)
- 6 oz Cucumber Diced
- 4 oz Red Onion Chopped
- 4 tsp Fresh Chopped Thyme
- 1 oz Black Beans
- 1/3 c Hacomat Seasoning
- ½ c White Vinegar
- 6 oz Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes - Menu
- 1 oz Green Onion (Scallion)
- Black Pepper to taste
