Roasted Corn & Black Bean Salsa

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together for serving.

Ingredients:

  • 3          Whole Corn (Fresh), Roast For 20 Minutes
  • ½ oz    Hacomat Seasoning (Season Corn) 
  • 2 oz     Olive Oil (Season Corn)
  • 6 oz     Cucumber Diced
  • 4 oz     Red Onion Chopped
  • 4 tsp    Fresh Chopped Thyme
  • 1 oz     Black Beans
  • 1/3 c    Hacomat Seasoning  
  • ½ c      White Vinegar
  • 6 oz     Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes - Menu    
  • 1 oz     Green Onion (Scallion)
  • Black Pepper to taste
