Mediterranean Pearled Couscous

Preparation

1)      Place pearls couscous in boiling water and simmer.

2)      When tender drain in colander over the sink. Place in an ice bath in a stainless steel bowl.

3)      Drain and refrigerate until ready to use.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ c   Water
  • 1 T       Olive oil
  • ¼ t       Salt
  • 2 qts    Water
  • 4 oz     Grilled Peppers - Menu 
  • 3.5 oz  Garbanzos
  • 1.5 oz  Olive Oil
  • ½ oz    Herb Seasoning - Haco 
  • 3 oz     Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes - Menu 
  • 6          Mint Leaves
  • ½ oz    White Vinegar
  • 1 oz     Olive Oil
