Mediterranean Pearled Couscous
Preparation
1) Place pearls couscous in boiling water and simmer.
2) When tender drain in colander over the sink. Place in an ice bath in a stainless steel bowl.
3) Drain and refrigerate until ready to use.
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ c Water
- 1 T Olive oil
- ¼ t Salt
- 2 qts Water
- 4 oz Grilled Peppers - Menu
- 3.5 oz Garbanzos
- 1.5 oz Olive Oil
- ½ oz Herb Seasoning - Haco
- 3 oz Sun Dried Cherry Tomatoes - Menu
- 6 Mint Leaves
- ½ oz White Vinegar
- 1 oz Olive Oil
