Chimichurri

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together for serving.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz     Fresh Oregano
  • 12 oz   Chopped Onion (Very Fine)
  • 10 oz   White Vinegar
  • 8 oz     Extra Virgen Olive Oil
  • ¼ c      Hacomat Seasoning
  • ½ oz    Seasalt
  • 1 oz     Chopped Fresh Parsely 

Spicy Recipe - Optional

  • .5 oz Red Pepper Oil -Massimo
