Mix ground sirloin with Haco-Swiss Hacomat Seasoning and garlic, mix well. Form into patty.

Quattro Formaggi Sauce
Blend water with Haco-Swiss Quattro Formaggi sauce mix, reduce to a thick consistency. Add heavy cream.

Home Fries
Cut potatoes into wedges, sauté in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and shallots. Finish baking in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes and then season with Haco-Swiss Hacomat Seasoning and pepper.


Place potatoes on plate, top with burger patty. Add crisp pancetta on top. Then pour over Haco
