Lobster Bisque

Sauté celery and green onions in olive oil. Stir in Haco-Swiss Lobster/Seafood Bisque and Chowder Mix into the hot water and bring to a boil. Stir constantly on low flame for 5


Fill dish with bisque. Garnish as desired. NOTE: Substitute Lobster for any other seafood.


9 oz Lobster/Seafood Bisque
3 qt Water, hot
8 oz Chowder Mix
1 qt Heavy cream
8 oz Dry sherry
1 lb Lobster tails

6 oz Celery, finely chopped
6 oz Green onions, finely chopped
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
