24 oz Asparagus Base

2 qt Water
Asparagus Base
64 oz Asparagus Soupmix
8 oz Asparagus
8 oz Onions
2 oz Butter
1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz Chicken Stock
Hacomat, to taste
Preparation
Tomato Asparagus Soup
Cook onions, tomatoes and sugar in Chicken stock and reduce Chicken stock to 4 ounces. Add into Asparagus base.
Chicken Stock
Dissolve Chicken Base in boiling water and stir.
Asparagus Base
Steam asparagus. Saute onions in butter and oil. Add Chicken stock and reduce to 2 ounces. Adjust seasonings.
