Ingredients
Coffee Syrup
80 oz Coffee
10 oz Sugar
3 oz Rum
3 oz Coffee Liqueur
140 ct Lady Fingers
Tiramisu Filling
12 oz Swiss Dream Tiramisu
16 oz Coffee Syrup
2 qt Whipped Cream
Preparation
Coffee Syrup
Blend all ingredients together; making sure sugar is completelydissolved. Soak Lady Fingers in coffee syrup prior to liningsheet pan.
Tiramisu Filling
Mix Swiss Dream Tiramisu with warm coffee syrup until SwissDream Tiramisu is completely dissolved. Add the soft peakwhipped cream and fold together until completely mixed.Refrigerate for two hours.
Setting
Line bottom of sheet pan with bubble pack, rough texture beingfelt. Fill 1/3 with Swiss Dream mixture. Line with soaked LadyFingers. Add remainder of Swiss Dream mixture. Line withsoaked Lady Fingers.
