Haco
Tomato Rice Soup



Ingredients
1 bx   CS Tomato Soup
2 qt   Water, cold 
2 gl   Water, boiling
1 pt   Heavy cream
2 lb   Tomatoes, canned, diced, drained
2 1/2 lb   Rice, cooked, Al Dente
Hacomat, to taste
White pepper, to taste

Preparation
Reconstitute tomato soup with 2 quarts cold water. Add to 2 gallons boiling water. Bring to a second boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. While simmering add cream. Add tomatoes and rice. Season with Hacomat and white pepper.

Setting
Serve very hot.
