Tiramisu Pyramids



Ingredients
Swiss Dream Tiramisu
12 oz  Swiss Dream Hazelnut
16 oz  Coffee syrup* (see below)
2 qt  Whipped cream, soft peak

Coffee Syrup
80 oz  Coffee
10 oz  Sugar
3 oz Rum
3oz  Cafe/Coffee Liqueur

Preparation
Swiss Dream Tiramisu
 Mix Swiss Dream Tiramisu and water until Swiss Dream is completely dissolved. Add whipped cream (soft peak) fold together until completely mixed. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.

Coffee Syrup
Blend all ingredients together; making sure sugar is completely dissolved.

Setting
Place Swiss Dream in pyramid flexipan and freeze. Place Lady Fingers on bottom of sheet pan. Moisten them with coffee and pour tiramisu 1" thick. Place frozen tiramisu pyramids on top of cream and cut it. Dip in Ultra Gloss. This dessert may be made ahead of time. *Excellent for freezing.

Decoration
Decorate as desired.
