Pura e Ricca is powder base for Milk Gelato made only with natural ingredients: without any added emulsifiers, which can be replaced by vegetable fibers, rich in high-fat milk and milk proteins. It is produced by Pernigotti, an Italian company with more than a 200-year tradition in the production of dessert confections and an Italian staple for gelato ingredients.

Pura e Ricca is the ideal base for preparation of creamy gelato, and can also be used to enhance the taste of flavored pastes. May be prepared both with hot and cold processes.
