Lobster Bisque with Baby Onion Sambal and Garlic Chives

Ingredients
1 pouch    Lobster/Seafood Bisque
3 qt Water, hot
2 ea Baby Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Heavy cream, whipped
Cayenne pepper, to taste
Sambal cream
Garlic chives

Preparation
Stir contents of pouch into 3 quarts of hot water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.In a mixing bowl combine 2 pieces of finely chopped Baby Onion with the heavy cream, add cayenne pepper to taste.

Setting
Pour soup into 4 bowls, top with a soup spoon of sambal cream and sprinkle with chopped garlic chives.
