Haco
Corn and Crab Soup



Ingredients
Corn and Crab Soup
2 qt   Leek Soupmix
8 oz   Heavy cream
8 oz   Onions, minced
2 oz   Green pepper, minced
2 oz   Red pepper, minced
2 oz   Yellow pepper, minced
2 ea   Ear corn, roasted
8 oz   Phillip’s crab, claw meat
  Hacomat, to taste

Leek Soupmix
1 bx   Leek Soupmix
2 qt   Water, cold
3 gl   Water, boiling

Preparation
Corn and Crab Soup
aute the three types of peppers and onions. Add peppers and onions to Leek Soupmix and bring to a boil. Add cream and simmer for 20 minutes. Add ear corn. In last minute add the crabmeat. Adjust seasonings.

Leek Soupmix
Reconstitute Leek Soupmix with 2 quarts cold water. Add to 3 gallons boiling water. Bring to boil again.
