Haco
Chicken Flavored Vinaigrette



Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Pomace Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Sour cream
1 lb Shallot, chopped
1 oz Chicken Base
1 cup Water
8 oz Tomato, diced
Parsley, chopped
Rosemary, chopped
Chives, chopped
Hacomat, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Combine the Chicken Base and water. Reduce by 2/3, then cool. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Adjust seasonings. Serve.
