Ingredients
1 head Heart of Romain or Boston Lettuce
1 oz Shallots, finely chopped
1/4 oz Ginger, fresh, chopped
1 oz Mango Compound
1 oz Balsamic vinegar
White pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
