Ingredients
1-5 lbs Spiral-sliced or Boneless Smoked Ham
1/2 cup Apricot preserves
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Amaretto liqueur
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Score the ham in a criss-crossing pattern and place in a roasting pan. Place remaining ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and whisk tocombine. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn downheat and simmer for two minutes, stirring once or twice.Pour one-third of the glaze over the ham and bake for 20 minutes, baste with another one-third of the glaze and continue to bake for 20 more minutes. Serve immediately,or cool to room temperature. Strain the juices from thecooking pan and serve alongside the ham slices.
Makes enough to serve approximately 10 people.
