Turkey Patty with Mushroom Sauce



Ingredients
6 oz ea Turkey patties
3 tbsp  Oil
2 tbsp  Butter
8 oz  Mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup  Chives or Parsley, chopped
4 tbsp  Mushroom soupmix
2 cup  Water
Hacomat
Pepper

Preparation
Season patties with Hacomat and pepper, then sprinkle with flour. Heat oil in frying pan and fry the patties until golden brown on each side. Remove patties and drain off oil. Add butter to pan and saute mushrooms. Add 1 1/2 cup water and chives and bring to a boil. Dissolve Mushroom soupmix in 1/2 cup water and add to boiling mixture. Stir and let simmer for about three minutes. Add turkey patties, simmer for approximately 10 minutes, turning patties occasionally. If sauce gets too thick or too strong, add more water. Adjust seasoning to your taste.

Setting
Serve with rice or noodles and a vegetable.
