Beet Salad



Ingredients
2 lb Pickled beets, cooked, julienne
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 oz White Wine Vinegar
6 ea Cornichons, julienne
2 tbsp Fresh herbs, chopped (i.e. parsley, chives)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Preparation
Combine the above ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste.

#20093 White Wine Vinegar
