Oriental Seafood Broth with Lemon Grass and Tamari

Ingredients
2 oz Chicken or Fish Base, dilute in warm water to equal 2 qts
4 oz Lemon grass, thinly sliced
12 oz Shrimp, broken
12 oz Vegetables root

Preparation
Prepare the broth, simmer the seafood and the lemon grass in the broth until done. Remove the seafood from the broth and place into serving bowl, discard the lemon grass, add the vegetables to the broth and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Pour over the seafood and decorate with crisp fried spring roll. Serve Tamari Sauce and lemon grass purée on the side.
