170 g / 6 oz Swiss Dream Neutral
114 g / 4 oz Pralissimo
567 g / 20 oz Whipped cream, soft peak
Hazelnuts, whole, roasted
Preparation
Mix the Swiss Dream Neutral and water until the gelatin (Swiss Dream powder) is completely dissolved. Fold this mixture into the whipped cream (whipped to soft peak) until completely mixed together. Using a pastry bag, pipe the cream in the Confectionery Shell. Garnish with a roasted whole hazelnut.
