Ingredients
1 bx Leek soupmix
1 bx Vegetable soupmix
1 gl Water, cold
6 gl Water, boiling
Vegetables, finely chopped
1 pinch Thyme
Parsley, chopped
Preparation
Reconstitute Leek and Vegetable soupmix in 1 gallon of cold water. Add to 6 gallons of boiling water and bring to a second boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add vegetables, thyme and simmer.
Setting
Garnish with parsley.
