Ingredients
1 bx Chicken noodle w/meat soupmix
2 qt Water, cold 3 gl
Water, boiling
1 lb Chinese mixed vegetables
2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
Soy sauce
Ginger, freshly grated, to taste
Curry, to taste
Preparation
Reconstitute Chicken noodle w/meat soupmix in 2 quarts of cold water. Add to 3 gallons of boiling water and bring to a second boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add Chinese vegetables and mushrooms. Serve with Soy Sauce. Season to taste with ginger and curry.
