Orange Cannoli Filling

Ingredients
2 lb Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup Confection sugar
3-4 tbsp Lemon and Orange Peel, finely chopped
4 tbsp Decorta Dark
3-4 tbsp Triple Sec
Cannoli Shell Large

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. If too dense you can add a few tablespoons of heavy cream to soften it.

Setting
Place the filling in a Pastry Bag for easy dispensing into Cannoli Shells. Fill each shell fully with the mixture.

Decoration
Decorate with Maracaibo Cocoa Nibs or Croquant Streusel on exposed ends of Cannoli.
