Norman Love Confections Hot Chocolate

Prepare to delight in a hot chocolate dream! Norman Love Confections offers five, rich and velvety sipping chocolate mixes made exclusively from Felchlin-Swiss Grand Cru, single bean Criollo chocolate. The dark chocolate flavors are part of NLC’s BLACK Line, which features the highest quality dark chocolates from regions around the world: 74% Hacienda Elvesia, 68% Bolivia Cru Savage, 72% Arriba, 65% Maracaibo and 64% Madagascar.

The chocolate mixes are packaged in attractive 400g black tins. They make great holiday gifts or simply a delicious treat at the end of a cold winter’s day. Try one or savor them all with our assorted flavor case, which includes three tins of each flavor.

Grand Cru Hot Chocolate Recipes “Xocolatl”

Recipe #1
2 tablespoons (42g / 1.5oz) of grated chocolate
2 dl / 7.4 oz milk

Recipe #2
1 quart whole milk
225 gr (8 oz) grated chocolate

Recipe #3
1 quart whole milk
300 gr (10.5 oz) grated chocolate

Recipe #4
1 quart whole milk
60 gr (2oz) sugar
300 gr (10.5 oz) grated chocolate

Preparation
Add the grated chocolate into cold milk. Heat the milk stirring constantly until the grated chocolate has completely dissolved and you get a fluffy chocolate froth on the top. Add sugar.

Grand Cru Hot Chocolate “Xocolatl” Coffee

1 quart whole milk
225 gr (8 oz) grated chocolate
100 gr (3.5oz) espresso-coffee

Preparation
Add the grated chocolate into cold milk. Heat the milk stirring constantly until the grated chocolate has completely dissolved and you get a fluffy chocolate froth on the top. Add espresso coffee.

Grand Cru Hot Chocolate “Xocolatl” Tea
1 quart whole milk
225 gr (8 oz) grated chocolate
3 gr (.1oz) earl grey tea

Preparation
Infuse the tea into the hot milk. Add the grated chocolate into hot milk stirring constantly until the grated chocolate has completely dissolved and you get a fluffy chocolate froth on the top.
