Ingredients
1/2 lb Flank steak or Tri-tip
1/2 cup Honey
2 tbsp Chipotle Chile Base
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Lime juice
3 ea Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
Hacomat, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with Hacomat and pepper. Marinate steak at least 1 hour. Drain of marinade into small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Grill or barbecue steak, basting with marinade. Slice steak against the grain and pour remaining marinade over meat.
