Felchlin’s Arriba, Madagascar, and Maracaibo varieties are all derived from the Criollo bean; a rare chocolate bean that is intense in flavor and considered to be the best of the best. All varieties are sensually accented with the aroma of coffee, roasted hazelnuts, wild berries, orange blossom, and cinnamon. Although Felchlin offers premium varieties of chocolate for discerning chefs, they also provide an outstanding midline product for diverse applications.
