Soy milk
Eggs
Tomato, diced
Smoked salmon slices
Preparation
Mix together the soy milk, egg yolks and diced tomato. Season. Add the salmon slices to the mixture. Fill tartelettes and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C / 350° F. Garnish with salmon slices.
