Chocolate Gugelhopf

Ingredients
500 gm/1 lb 2 oz Butter
100 gm/ 3 1/2 oz Glucose
500 gm/1 lb 2 oz Sugar
500 gm/1 lb 2 oz Eggs
300 gm/ 10 oz Milk
700 gm/1 lb 4 oz Flour
150 gm/ 5 oz Corn flour
35 gm / 1 1/2 oz Baking powder
80 gm / 2.9 oz Cocoa block, melted

Preparation
Cream together first three ingredients. Add eggs a little
at a time. Sift flour, corn flour, baking powder - adding
to above mixture with milk. Fold in Cocoa block. Fill into buttered tins and bake 200 - 210°C.

Setting
When cooled lightly dust with chocolate powder or icing sugar..
