Ingredients
4 ea New York strips or rib eye steaks (cut 1" thick)
2 tsp Chipotle Chile Base
Preparation
Dilute Chipotle Chile Base with a little water. Spread over a large platter. Roll steaks to cover evenly with spices. Cook steaks over medium high heat 8 to 10 minutes per side. Depending on your desired texture. (Rare, medium rare, etc.)
