Ingredients
Broccoli Cheese Soup
2 qt Leek Soupmix
1 bunch Broccoli
8 oz Onions, chopped
8 oz Heavy cream
12 oz Cheddar cheese
Hacomat, to taste
Leek Soupmix
1 bx Leek Soupmix
2 qt Water, cold
3 gl Water, boiling
Preparation
Broccoli Cheese Soup
Saute the onions and add to the Leek Soupmix. Add the cheddar cheese and vegetables. Add heavy cream and simmer for 20 minutes. Adjust seasonings.
Leek Soupmix
Reconstitute Leek Soupmix with 2 quarts cold water. Add to 3 gallons boiling water. Bring to boil again.
