Unique Origin Each of the five chocolates in Norman Love Confections’ BLACK collection is made with cocoa beans from one of the world’s five premium growing regions: The Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Bolivia, Venezuela and Madagascar. Rare Criollo and Trinitario beans – the pinnacle of quality cocoa – were selected, allowing you to experience the distinct flavor of these top quality beans while comparing the subtleties of each region.
Pure Intensity Unique in its intensity, BLACK contains an extraordinarily high cocoa mass, ranging from 74% to 64%. The robust shells cover velvety ganache fillings with no infused flavors. This is a purely chocolate confection.
Positive Effects The health benefits of dark chocolate are a major factor in the food’s growing popularity. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants known as flavanols that destroy free radicals, which have been implicated in heart disease. Made with cocoa beans from the prized Nacional from Arriba Mocache, Los Rios, Ecuador, this chocolate's flavor is enhanced by intense coffee and licorice fragrances. A processing technique gives rise to a dried plum bouquet and a long finish of flowery black currants.

CRU SAUVAGE Origin: Bolivia - Cocoa Mass: 68%
The world’s first chocolate made from beans harvested from wild cacao trees growing in the Beni region of northeastern Bolivia. This harmonious chocolate possesses fresh lemon and grapefruit notes, an intense dried plum bouquet, and an exquisite hint of vanilla.

Created with cocoa beans of the trinitario variety from Sambirano, Madagascar, an island off the southeast coast of Africa, this is a fruity chocolate with a roasted hazelnut aroma and wild berry notes as well as a subtle hint of clove and cedar.
