Double Strawberry Layer

Ingredients
White Sponge Cake Mix
1000 g / 35.5 oz White Sponge Cake Mix
1200 g / 42 oz Whole egg
150 g / 5.3 oz Sugar
100 g / 3.5 oz Water, cold

Strawberry Swiss Dream
340 g / 12 oz Swiss Dream Strawberry
460 g / 16 oz Water, 80°F
2740 g / 96 oz Whipped cream

Preparation
White Sponge Cake Mix
Whip White Sponge Cake Mix with remaining ingredients for4 to 6 minutes on high speed. Put on baking paper on baking tray. Place batter on baking tray (40 x 60 cm). Bake at 210-220°C/410-428°F for approximately 5 minutes.

Strawberry Swiss Dream
Mix Swiss Dream Strawberry with water until completely dissolved. Fold in soft peaked whipped cream until completely mixed together. Refrigerate approximately 2 hours. Apply mixture to dessert.

Setting
Spread a layer of Swiss Dream Strawberry on White Sponge Cake. Cover the Swiss Dream Strawberry with the White Sponge Cake and layer once more with Swiss Dream Strawberry. Cut as desired.
