Ingredients
1 qt Water
4 oz Baby Bella mushrooms
4 oz Shitake mushrooms
3 oz Vidalia onions, diced
2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 oz White mushrooms
1 oz HACO-Swiss Cuisine Santé Beef Stock

Preparation
Sauté the onions and mushrooms in Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium heat until golden brown. Add 1 qt of water, 1 oz of Beef Stock and let cook for 5 minutes.

Setting
Garnish with ginger or Chef’s creation.
