Mustard Sauce for Beef

Ingredients
16 oz  Demi Glace
1 qt  Water, cold
3 qt  Water, boiling
Caramelized sugar
Dijon Mustard

Preparation
Blend Demi Glace with cold water. Reconstitute this mixture into boiling water. Bring to boil again, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add caramelized sugar and Dijon Mustard to Demi Glace
