Cold Tomato Soup "Texicana"

Ingredients
Yields 10 portions
6 oz  Cuisine Sante Tomato Soup
2 qt  Water
7 fl. oz  Orange juice
3 fl. oz  Lime juice
1 oz  Garlic, chopped
14 oz  Tomato, diced
3 fl. oz  Tequila
Tabasco, to taste
Hacomat, to taste

  Yields 80 portions
4 bx Cuisine Sante Tomato Soup 
2 qt Water, Cold
2 gal Water, Boiling
4 cup Orange juice 
2 cup Lime juice
5 oz Garlic, chopped 
6 lb Tomato, diced
2 cup Tequila
Tabasco, to taste
Hacomat, to taste

Preparation
Chop garlic and dice tomatoes. Reconstitute CS Tomato Soup with 2 quarts cold water. Add to 2 gallons boiling water, simmer for 20 minutes. Cool down soup, blend in the additional ingredients, season to taste. Serve ice cold.

Suggestion
The soup can be refined by adding sour cream.
