Ingredients
12 oz Lobster/Seafood Bisque
3 qt Water, hot
1 qt Heavy cream
8 oz Dry sherry
2 pinch Cayenne pepper
6 oz Celery, finely chopped
6 oz Green onions, finely chopped
Preparation
Sauté the celery and green onions in a little butter. Stir in Lobster/Seafood Bisque into the hot water and bring to a boil. Stir constantly on low flame for 5 – 7 minutes. Add the Sherry. Add the heavy cream (do not bring to a boil from this point on). To top it all off, add a small amount of seafood of your choice and simmer for another two minutes. To prevent a skin from forming, cover the pan with a lid.
