Ingredients
1 1/2cup Cranberries, fresh
4 cup Bread crumbs, dried
1/2 cup Butter, melted
3-4 tbsp Granulated white sugar
1/2 cup Onion, finely minced
1/2 cup Celery, finely diced
1/2 tsp Marjoram, dried
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sage, ground
Black Pepper, dash
Mace, dried, dash
Thyme, dried, dash
Oregano, dried, dash
1 ea Garlic clove, minced
Preparation
Purée cranberries in food processor. Place cranberry puréein saucepan with bread cubes, butter, sugar, onion, celery,Marjoram, salt, Sage, Pepper, mace, Thyme, oregano andgarlic. Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirringconstantly, about 10 minutes. Cool before stuffing bird ormeat. Makes stuffing for 8-10 pound turkey.
