Ingredients
18 ea Confectionery Shells
400 g / 14 oz Tomatoes
200 g / 7 oz Mozzarella
20 g / 1 oz Anchovies
15 g / .50 oz Black olives
15 g / .50 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Oregano, to taste
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes in small pieces and put into shells, cover with a piece of Mozzarella. Place anchovies and black olives on top of the shells. Drop on some olive on top of the shells and to complete, sprinkle some salt and spices.
Setting
Put the pizzas on two baking trays (so they will not burn) and bake in the oven at 392°F/200°C for about 15 minutes.
