Careful fruit selection is an important aspect of Andresy's production. Only the finest apricots, peaches, cherries, red currants, berries, oranges, guavas, mangos, grapes, figs and strawberries are picked, and allowed to ripen to their sweetest maturity.
Andrésy stays true to their beginnings by maintaining traditional cooking methods using a copper cauldron, which guarantees optimum cooking conditions and gives the fruits their full-bodied taste.
